Imperial Palate was launched in 2024 by Grace Huen. Starting Imperial Palate means sharing a piece of Grace's heart and heritage to the world - blending the idea inspired by both her parents and her own daughter.
Growing up, family gatherings were a whirlwind of laughter and dumpling-making, turning special occasions into cherished memories. Now, Grace continues this joyful tradition with her daughter, adding a splash of color to their culinary creations. Just as young Grace found delight in purple coloured bread, her daughter is undeniably captivated by colourful dumpling skins, naturally tinted by fruits and vegetables. These vibrant creations transform traditional dumplings into edible works of art, making every bite an adventure!
